I am a UX Product Designer with over 10 years of experience, blending expertise in space design, product design, and service design. Recently, I worked as a freelance UX/UI Product Designer, partnering with start-ups and companies in hospitality, retail, education, and e-commerce. I thrive in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments, working closely with engineers, business experts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.

My journey began with six years as an interior designer in Jakarta, Indonesia, before I moved to Europe to pursue a master’s degree. I graduated with an MSc in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano in 2016. During my time in Milan, I designed tableware for commercial aviation (exhibited at AIX 2016), contributed to a Berlin-based gaming start-up through the GSE 2019 accelerator, managed an exhibition project for PONY 2022, and optimized Whirlpool’s e-commerce website for EMEA regions using Agile methodologies. My hands-on experience spans mobile and web platforms, user research, prototyping, and supporting direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategies.
